Medtimes is designed around continuity: understanding the health need, connecting the appropriate next step, coordinating care where required, and keeping the resulting journey visible over time.
Digital access is one part of that model. When a journey needs physical delivery, supported services can be fulfilled through Doorstep Health or participating clinical providers, subject to availability, scope and clinical appropriateness.

Medtimes Developers provides Clinical Backend as a Service for approved health applications and partners. The API layer is designed to connect external experiences to governed Medtimes clinical operations rather than create disconnected patient records or ungoverned clinical workflows.

Medtimes was co-founded by Dr Rosemary Pitsi, a medical doctor with a surgical background, and Phiwa Nkambule, whose work focuses on technology and systems. The platform brings those clinical and systems perspectives together around a simple goal: make the next step in a patient journey clearer and more connected.
